1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Creator Crush ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
2. Platform Ecosystem & Currency
The Platform operates on a localized virtual currency system (Coins), where 1 Coin is equivalent to 1 NPR. Brands must purchase Coins to fund campaign budgets and utilize certain premium discovery features. Swiping and general account creation is free of charge.
3. Campaign Commissions & Payouts
When a Creator successfully completes a campaign and it is approved by the Brand, the Platform facilitates the transfer of Coins from escrow to the Creator's wallet. The Platform deducts a standard commission cut from the total agreed budget to cover operational and escrow management costs prior to final payout.
4. User Obligations
Creators must deliver content exactly as explicitly agreed upon in the campaign brief. Brands must review submissions in a timely manner. The Platform reserves the right to mediate disputes and handle escrowed funds accordingly if deliverables are contested.
5. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that perform fraudulent activities, utilize fake audience metrics, or violate any terms stated within this document.
